Southern Art and Bourbon Bar invite guests to the popular Master Distiller's Dinner on Thursday, June 1. Hosted by Four Roses Bourbon master distiller Brent Elliott and acclaimed chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and two-time James Beard Award recipient Art Smith of Southern Art, guests will delight in an intimate soiree while enjoying artisan cocktails complemented by a four-course meal.
Menu items include: applewood smoked trout mousse on a rye crostini with horseradish creme fraiche and capers; grilled bacon wrapped prawns; mushroom crusted petite filet boasting pecan apple bourbon butter, roasted garlic risotto and grilled asparagus; and chocolate creme brulee.
Elliott will present Bourbon Bar's distinct and impressive collection of private label bourbons and explain the uniqueness of each. The evening will offer a rich profile of flavors to accompany the dinner while illustrating a brief description and background of the distillery. Reservations are required.
