SOLD OUT: The Art of Pies Children's Cooking Class with Chef Art Smith

Acclaimed chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and two-time James Beard Award recipient, Art Smith, will host a special children's cooking class at Southern Art - an urban Atlanta eatery offering Southern-inspired cuisine.

Available for children (ages six to twelve) and their adult chaperones, chef Art will teach attendees the technique and ingredients for creating a great and delicious pie while learning to have fun with food and family. Fundamentals such as learning how to read and follow a recipe, measuring and mixing ingredients will be covered.

Following the class, participants will enjoy lunch (Southern Art's famous buttermilk fried chicken and Southern-style macaroni and cheese) and, of course, a display of wonderful pies to complete the feast. 

Admission is $25 per child and/or adult. Feel free to bring the entire family!
